Privacy
What happens to personal data in connection with this website. Short, because this website does very little.
Who is the controller
The entity named in the footer. You can reach it at the email address given there.
What this website collects
Nothing automatically. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded third-party content, no tracking cookie. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.
What the hosting provider sees
Requests reach a hosting provider, which processes technical connection data such as IP address, timestamp and user agent in order to serve the page and protect against abuse, on the basis of legitimate interest.
If you write to me
I process what you send in order to answer you and, if we work together, to perform the contract. Correspondence is kept for as long as that requires and for the periods accounting and tax law require.
The contact form
The form sends three things — your name, your email address and your message — to my inbox, so that I can answer you. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Nothing is stored on this website: the message is handed straight to an email provider that delivers it and is kept only in the mailbox that receives it. The form sets no cookie and runs no script.
References published here
A named reference is published with the agreement of the person named. That agreement can be withdrawn at any time and the reference is removed within five working days.
Transfers and automated decision-making
This website transfers personal data in one case only: a message you send through the form is passed to the email provider that delivers it, and then to the mailbox that receives it. The technical connection data above is processed by the hosting provider, whose infrastructure for this site is currently outside the European Economic Area (United States); the email provider's may be as well. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.
